  • Payment is made directly to PinchorJa.

Step 5: Order Confirmation & Processing

  • PinchorJa confirms your order and checks stock availability with the supplier.
  • You receive an email confirmation with order details.

Step 6: Delivery

  • PinchorJa picks up the product from the supplier and delivers it to you.
  • Track your order status via your account.

Step 7: Customer Support

  • For any questions, returns, or issues, contact PinchorJa directly.
  • PinchorJa handles all support — you never interact directly with the supplier.

How PinchorJa Works: For Business Partners (Suppliers)

Step 1: Apply as a Business Partner

  • Click “Register” and select Business Partner.
  • Fill in your business information and submit verification documents.

Step 2: Upload Product Suggestions

  • Once approved as a Business Partner, you can send us all the details of your products and we will contact you for further processing to resell your products on our PinchorJa portal.
  • Include product details: images, description, price, and quantity available. This way we can verify your products prior to stocking and posting and selling.

Step 3: Product Approval

  • PinchorJa manages each uploaded product directly.
  • Only approved products will appear on the website for buyers.
  • Approval ensures quality, correct descriptions, compliance with pricing, and legal/brand standards.

Step 4: Fulfillment Coordination

  • When a product sells, PinchorJa will contact you to prepare it for pickup.
  • PinchorJa may pick it up directly or arrange logistics for delivery to the buyer.

Step 5: Support & Communication

PinchorJa manages all buyer communications and handles returns or issues.
