1. Introduction Welcome to PinchorJa. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of PinchorJa services, including the Reseller Platform, and outlines the terms for sellers and buyers engaging with PinchorJa as a reseller.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our policies, and all applicable laws.

2. Selling Practices Policy Overview

Setting clear buyer expectations and meeting or exceeding them ensures smooth transactions and satisfied customers. Sellers must provide accurate details about items and clear sale terms, and maintain excellent customer service.

Key seller responsibilities include:
– Provide detail description of items.
– Specifying handling times and return policies clearly.
– Responding to buyer inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Ensuring items are delivered as described.
– Keeping listings updated with accurate stock and condition information.

Buyer Responsibilities include:

Follow all Terms and conditions provided in this platform

Keep cordial and respectful communication

Provide proper and accurate delivery address for delivery points

Negotiation outside this platforms of products listed on this platform is not allowed and could attract sa account sanctions or other penalties

3. Shipping Service

Buyers expect timely delivery, especially for expedited shipping. Sellers must use shipping services provided by Pinchorja, equal to or faster than those selected by the buyer. Using a slower service can result in penalties or claims.

4. Shipping and Handling Costs

Sellers must specify all shipping and handling costs in listings, including packaging, insurance, and applicable taxes. Shipping charges must reflect actual costs, and overcharging is prohibited. Offering free shipping is encouraged, but if offered, no related handling or packaging fees may be added.

5. Shipping and Handling Time

Sellers must ship within the handling time stated in the listing and use valid tracking information. Signature confirmation is required for transactions over $3,000. Delaying shipment for PayPal fund or others  release is not allowed.

6. Terms and Conditions of Sale

All listings must include accepted payment methods, return policy, shipping methods, costs, and applicable taxes. Sellers must fulfill the transaction as described and ensure safe delivery of the item.

7. Tracking

Tracking details will be uploaded accurately and within the specified handling time. Misuse or delay in tracking information may result in inaccurate delivery times.

8. Item Location Misrepresentation

Sellers must provide accurate item location details. Misleading location information can cause confusion to where items are to be delivered and may lead to sanctions.

9. Item Description

Listings must truthfully describe the item, including condition and defects. Photos of the actual item are required for used or refurbished and new items.

10. Canceling Transactions

Sellers may cancel transactions only within 30 days and must notify Pinchorja and the buyer with a valid reason. All cancellations must be processed through My PinchorJa or Seller Hub using the correct procedure.

11. Communication

Sellers must maintain professional and prompt communication with buyers. Use of offensive or inappropriate language or content is strictly prohibited. Sellers who meet all service standards may qualify for automatic 5-star communication ratings.

12. Policy Enforcement

Failure to comply with this User Agreement or related policies may result in penalties, including listing removal, search result suppression, account suspension, or termination. PinchorJa reserves the right to recover costs incurred in enforcing policies.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively under Jamaican jurisdiction.

By continuing to use PinchorJa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement and all associated policies.
